As a young man, Ralph Winter wanted to become a pastor, to “do something significant.” Shortly after beginning work at Broadway Department Stores, Ralph developed some training videos for the company. This gained him national attention, and he was soon called into Paramount Pictures to work as a producer. Right from the beginning, Ralph was involved in a number of high grossing films. These hits allowed him to produce or executive produce 26 movies and TV shows, earning himself a place amongst Hollywood’s fabled A-list. For Ralph, what matters is not whether his movies succeed or fail but the relationships he develops along the way. “Walking the Christian walk is what’s most important,” he says.
