For a long time, the Schrimsher brothers—Steve, Frank, and Mike—were brothers but not really friends. But within the space of a single year, they were each independently drawn to Christianity. This opened their eyes to the importance of family. During the mid-1980s, the Schrimshers, felt God calling them to get into commercial real estate, so they focused on acquiring and developing prime commercial land, increasing its value by adding things like access, sewer and water lines, and electricity. The brothers have experienced enormous success because they work as a team. Frank is the details man who handles government regulations and landscaping. Steve handles finances, including acquiring and selling, and Mike is their property manager. They have discovered that their weaknesses and strengths balance out very well.
