For ten years, Ken Kolek served as CEO of several large companies in the telecommunications, agricultural, chemical, and food preparation industries. Ken also married, but when he and his wife lost two daughters within a year of each other, their marriage didn’t survive. “Up to that point, I’d planned every step,” Ken says. Now, in the midst of his grief, Ken didn’t know what to do. So he decided to turn his life over to God. Desiring to help businesses in need, Ken then became a consultant. Prototype Consulting Services grew quickly, and Ken credits his focus on people for Prototype’s success. “Once the Lord started moving in my heart, it was more about people and helping them become all they could be.”
