From Making Money to Giving it Away

As an attorney with a CPA certificate, Bobby Dobson was in high demand and often worked eighteen hours per day. As a result, his marriage fell apart. Then Bobby accidentally became involved in a fraudulent tax shelter, and a client filed a grievance against him. Worse yet, Bobby’s daughter was killed in a car accident. The night of her funeral, Bobby lay in bed burning with anger. He asked God to help him. The next morning, Bobby awoke a changed man. He decided to do something different with his life and began working in his father’s ministry, distributing free audio Bibles and tape players to seniors’ homes. Bobby now gives money away rather than trying to earn it, and he has never been happier.

Lord Jesus, I want to know You personally. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of my life. Make me be the person You want me to be. Amen.
