Muriel Caven and her husband Jerry own a $100 million/year restaurant business as well as thousands of acres of real estate. For years, Jerry worked hard to build the business, but Muriel’s dream was to become a missionary. Jerry promised that one day they would focus on missions. That day came when the Cavens attended a Campus Crusade for Christ missions conference. Shortly afterwards, they took a missionary trip to India. Soon, they were leading teams of Americans there and spearheaded a project to distribute the JESUS video in 400 of India’s largest cities. The Cavens’ desire to help people has now taken them around the world. They would rather help others than focus on making themselves even more successful.
