Within two years of starting his metal coating business in a rented garage using second-hand equipment, Jim and his brothers were winning contracts with corporations like 3M and Ford. But the pressure began taking a heavy toll. Not wanting his business to succeed at the expense of his family, Jim decided to spend more time with his wife. They hosted a Bible study in their home. Several weeks later, Jim decided to give his life and his business to God. Over the next few years, Metokoke grew into an international company with over 3,000 employees. Jim has not used his company’s success to accumulate a lot of personal wealth. Instead, he has formed a charitable foundation that supports a variety of ministries.
